On these days, a printed form can be distributed to everyone entering the church, containing fields to be filled in, including:
Name – Home Address – Telephone – Occupation – Work Address.
Wife – Children and their ages.
Father Confessor.
National ID Number.
In this way, church membership can be reviewed, and it can be verified whether the person has an election card.
A group of young men and young women can be assigned to distribute these printed forms at the church entrance and collect them, while providing a number of pens for writing.
These forms should be printed from now and kept ready for the appropriate occasion. They can also be distributed during the meetings of male and female servants.
