Introduction and essence of the lecture The lecture affirms that God must be central in every Christian ministry. Any educational or pastoral work that does not include God is deficient; the fundamental message is that the minister takes from God to give, rather than relying solely on human information or skills.

The importance of prayer and spiritual preparation The minister is called to deep prayer before ministry and to ask the Lord for a word so that his speech carries the Spirit of God. Spiritual preparation of the minister is more important than accumulating theoretical information.

The minister as a bearer of God The comparison of the minister to a “bearer of God” (as in the life of Saint Ignatius) highlights that the minister is a conduit of God’s presence into the hearts of listeners; the power of the word is not from the minister himself but from the Spirit that is conveyed through him.

Content of teaching: mind and heart It is not enough to fill the students’ minds with information; the hearts must be addressed, linking knowledge to the love of God and the experience of His presence. Even scientific or historical lessons should be presented so that God’s work is seen in them.

Linking miracles and nature to God Ministers are urged to show God’s hand in creation and miracles, and to use examples from nature to connect children and learners to God’s love, creativity, and providence.

Ministry tied to sacred history One must not separate history or the lives of saints from God’s work; Christian history should be presented as the story of God’s dealings with people, not as isolated facts.

God’s humility and the invitation to participate The lecture shows that God’s humility is the reason He created the universe and shared existence with creatures, which encourages the minister to make service centered on the Lord’s humility and love.

Educational-spiritual summary What is required of every minister is to make God central in his preparation and teaching, so that students depart carrying God’s love and their living relationship with Him, not mere lifeless information.
