Many times, beneficial decisions are issued, and we put in place very useful arrangements. And all our effort is wasted.. because of the lack of follow-up….
And the decisions become ink on paper!
And the arrangements become proposals without implementation!
So when will we care about follow-up… and monitor…
And see the extent to which what we have decided is being implemented.
And if something has not been implemented, why? What is the obstacle, and what are the practical procedures through which implementation can take place?
