Even Christ Had Opponents

The lecture presents that the life of Christ on earth was a field of conflict between good and evil that extended from the beginning of humanity.
Historical examples are mentioned (Cain and Abel, Joseph and his brothers, David and Saul, Naboth and Ahab) to show how evil acts inwardly first and then openly.
The figures who resisted Christ included demons, kings such as Herod and Pilate, and the Jewish leaders, priests, scribes, and Pharisees.
The speaker explains that resistance to good begins in thought, then moves to words, then to actions, conspiracies, and finally murder.
Christ responded with love and salvation: healing the sick, forgiving sins, spiritual teaching, and correcting the understanding of the Law (the issue of the Sabbath).
The wisdom of Christ in confronting false accusations and attempts to oppose Him was highlighted, as well as how He exposed the hypocrisy of those who outwardly defended religion.
Despite the conspiracies and boldness of evil, the divine plan succeeded in preserving the plan of salvation and revealing Christ’s victory over evil.
Finally, the call is clear: repentance and opening the heart to God’s mercy instead of outward strictness and fighting against true love.
