Complementary Gifts
It is difficult for there to be a priest-father in whom all the gifts and abilities are gathered (1 Cor. 12:4). But the priest-fathers can complement one another: in confessions, teaching, the rite, solving problems, public relations..
And from the totality of their gifts, the pastoral work in the Church is integrated, and everyone cooperates in carrying out all the necessary duties toward the people.
