The Handicapped
There are many handicapped persons who need care from the Church.
Some of them have lost an arm, a foot, a leg, or all of these. Others have been confined by paralysis or a similar illness.
And some have lost their sight.
The blind are also considered among the handicapped.
These need prosthetic devices and artificial limbs. Some of them need wheelchairs by which they can move.
And all of these seek assistance from the Church, especially if their families are unable to support them financially.
They need medical rehabilitation, vocational rehabilitation, spiritual care, and social care.
So what is the Church’s موقف toward the handicapped?
