Youth Who Reached a Great Rank in the History of the Church

Examples of Youth in the History of the Church
His Holiness Pope Shenouda III mentions many examples of young people who stood out in the history of the Church such as Saint Athanasius the Apostolic who defended the faith while he was young, wrote great theological books, and was a hero in the Council of Nicaea. He also speaks about Saint Mark the Apostle who came to Egypt as a young man and spread the Christian faith despite the difficulties, and Saint John the Beloved who was a young man filled with divine love and became one of the pillars of the Church.
Youth in Service and Teaching
The teaching also refers to young people who served the Church strongly such as Timothy the disciple of Paul the Apostle, who became a bishop despite his young age, and the apostle advised him to be an example to believers. It also mentions the example of Father Menas Yohanna who served and wrote great spiritual books although he reposed at a young age.
