A Time Span

A Time Span
Patience solves many problems.
Problems that the mind may be unable to solve. Yet, with time, they can be resolved.
You may speak to someone about a certain matter, and he may not agree. Do not insist too much. Perhaps insistence will only weary him. Leave him for a while. He may reconsider the matter and become convinced. Or certain events may occur that incline him toward your opinion. Or he may consult others about the same matter whom he trusts, and they may share your point of view.
Many matters require a time span. They need a period of incubation within the mind until they grow and mature.
As for those who are fond of haste, they may lose many opportunities because of their haste.
Even matters that require only their approval…
These matters too may require a period of time for study, reflection, further examination, and consultation.
