With regard to the service of the poor and the assistance provided to them, it is beneficial for there to be an exchange of information between churches and charitable organizations concerning the aid that is being given.
This is so that a person in need does not go repeatedly to more than one place, and so that the various organizations may cooperate in meeting his needs.
