He Who Thrusts Himself into Service
It is an error for one to thrust himself into service and say, as Saint Paul the Apostle said: “Woe is me if I do not preach the gospel” (1 Cor. 9:16),
forgetting that Saint Paul was sent by the Lord. Therefore he said: “For a stewardship has been entrusted to me”… “Woe is me if I do not preach the gospel” (1 Cor. 9:17, 16).
