Focus and Extension

Which is better: for a servant to limit himself to one service out of a motive of focus, or to extend his activity to include multiple services?
Answer:
In reality, this matter depends on the servant’s capacity, his talents, the measure of grace that God has granted him, the extent of his available time, and the degree of his ability to be faithful in expanded service… There are those to whom God has given one talent, and those to whom God has given ten talents. The Apostle Paul served in more than one field and was very successful, while other apostles limited themselves to one country.
